It was basically an entire like early afternoon through evening, immersion in, crisis situation in a parish with role players, who are like, this sort of problematic secretary or this contractor they talked to or the Vicar General of the Archdiocese coming in to meet with you, and you're working with volunteers and with the secretary, and you have paperwork and emails and you have to prepare a presentation. So it was really, immersive in a good way. Sort of overwhelming. That's the point. It was a stress test. And so, just getting to, dive into that and experience your limits really quickly. But in an environment where you knew that it was safe and controlled, that was there for you to learn from, it was awesome.”
